Comprehensive support during pregnancy, birth and postpartum periods.
-Combination of in person and virtual prenatal appointments and meetings

-On-call support beginning at 38 weeks
-Continuous in-person labor support from onset of active labor until two hours after your baby is born.

Virtually experience all of the nurturing benefits of doula and other birth services.
-Virtual prenatal appointments

-Virtual on-call support beginning at 38 weeks
-Text, phone, social media, and Facetime/video support from onset of active labor until two hours after your baby is born.

-Create/review birth plan with emphasis on development of birth and postpartum intentions

05.
The fourth trimester: services tailored to assist with getting adjusted to life after your baby's birth.
-Light chores (laundry, dishes, vacuum, preparing meals)
-Personal shopping for baby (clothes, food, pick up of medication & other essentials)
-Continued education and referrals, including connection to more in-depth postpartum support
-Create plans of action, schedule & debrief appointments
-Organizing medical information/documents/appointments
-Lifelong support and resources from The Emerald Doula
I CANNOT provide:
-Prolonged unattended babysitting
-Deep cleaning services
-Large scale organizing services.
